It is the policy of FairMedCare to collect a $10 deposit at the time an appointment is made.  This $10 will go toward the payment of the appointment.  If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance the $10 will be refunded in full.  However, it is our policy that if you do not show for the appointment or try to reschedule or cancel it less than 24 hours in advance, the $10 will not be refunded and charged as a fee, regardless of reason.

FairMedCare works with multiple Providers and they each have their own policy regarding refunds.  If seen by a Provider and you feel you should be refunded for your visit, you will have to discuss this with the Provider’s office.  If they approve the refund based on their policies, FairMedCare will refund the charges for your visit.  FairMedCare will not decide if a refund is due, we simply process the refund, as we process payment on the Provider’s behalf.

You will be required to approve all charges prior to payment.  The Provider’s office is required to approve all refunds after payment.
